Crozes-Hermitage white 2023
Pale golden yellow color.
The nose is expressive and open, with fresh, floral and fruity notes, between white-fleshed fruits (fresh pear) and citrus fruits.
The bouquet is still very young and evokes the somewhat amyl side of the English candy. the attack on the palate is slightly carbonic, bringing a complementary freshness to the equally delicious palate. Very good volume, roundness and balance, with a pleasant aromatic persistence on notes of white fruits.

WINEMAKER’S ADVICE
This white Crozes-Hermitage can be enjoyed now. You can also keep it for 5 to 10 years to find it much rounder and much fatter in the mouth with aromas of quince and honey.
A very different version but very interesting too.
I actually get more pleasure from tasting an old Crozes-Hermitage white rather than a Crozes-Hermitage red.
